Nice people but didn't like how they used a broom on the main body of the car which left some surface scratches. I don't consider that a hand wash I want the soft washcloth rags to soap down my car. It seemed a little bit rushed even though it wasn't busy and they didn't pay any attention to the rims and all of the brake dust. Decent price if you're in the area

First time trying Olympic - friendly service, got the basic for $30 and have to say impressed. Final detailer went above and beyond with each and every car, including mine. My new spot. Thank you for the excellent service.

I don’t even know how many years we’ve been coming to this car wash. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time because they usually do a good job. Today we came in to get a deep cleaning for my husband’s car, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier. An older lady suddenly yelled at us, “What color is your car?” When I asked why she was yelling, she said if she doesn’t yell people can’t hear her and that she can’t hear if people speak quietly. She then continued to respond in a very irritated tone and said we weren’t paying attention. This was actually the first time we heard her ask, so the whole interaction felt unnecessary and quite rude. We stayed and got the service because they usually do a good job, but it honestly put us in a bad mood first thing in the morning. As a fellow Korean, I also felt disappointed. Respect should go both ways, and being older shouldn’t mean speaking to customers in that manner.

Two stars for this: Used a credit card to pay and asked for $20 back to pay tips. They won't accept. I had to use the ATM in the facility, which of course charges fees. Ridiculous! Three stars for this: As for the service, it was extremely slow and disorganized. Still paid $20 tips to the cleaning guy though.

I had an amazing experience at Olipic Car Wash! The guy who took care of my car, Luis, did an incredible job — I was honestly surprised by how clean and shiny my car looked when he was done. It looked like new again! Excellent service, great attention to detail, and very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their car looking its best.
