I’ve been coming to Blue Sky Express for about five months now, and they truly are the best! The owner and his main helper are awesome, they run the place efficiently and always treat customers with respect. I’ve never had a single issue with anyone there. One day it was extremely busy, and the owner went out of his way to offer me water, along with other customers. That level of care really stood out and made me feel valued. He made sure I was good even during the rush. If you prefer a hand wash, they offer that too, just make sure to let them know once paying. Highly recommend this spot for great service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!

False advertisement from what is posted on the gate for pricing, the price is higher upon entering, the basic is $29 not $19.99 when we asked the guy said , oh yeah those are old posting prices, I'll have them take it down. I don't know whats going on but maybe the workers are making they're own pricing because it was shown to us on a regular paper without a logo.. Just saying 💁‍♀️ 2/21/26 @12:45

I come here often and usually get a full wash, exterior and interior. The staff has always been friendly Today I just wanted to quickly vacuum my car. The vacuums are outside with no posted prices or payment system. While I was cleaning, a worker told me the boss demands $5 for using the vacuum The employee was polite, but the boss’s behavior is unacceptable. Charging customers without clearly posted pricing and putting pressure on staff to collect money like this is shady and unprofessional I paid out of respect for the worker, not because I agreed with this nonsense. I won’t be coming back

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience due to how deeply disappointed I was. I paid over $150 for what was advertised as a full car detailing and wash service, expecting a high level of attention and professionalism. Unfortunately, what I received fell far below even basic expectations. For the price I paid, I anticipated a thorough interior cleaning — including the dashboard, glove compartment, steering wheel, door panels, center console, and side areas of the vehicle. Shockingly, none of these areas appeared to have been touched. It was clear that very minimal effort was put into the job. I took pictures of the condition of the car with photos to illustrate exactly how much was overlooked, as I believe potential customers deserve to see the reality of what is being offered. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I had previously visited this business for a free car wash and was genuinely pleased with the result. That positive encounter gave me the confidence to return, trust, and invest in a premium service. Unfortunately, this decision left me feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied. This wasn’t just about a car wash — it was meant to be a thoughtful gesture for my mother, who recently lost her job in Palisades. It was the last bit of money I had, and I simply wanted to do something small to brighten her day. Instead, we were both left feeling frustrated and disheartened by the lack of care and professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates the standards of their premium services. When customers choose to spend a significant amount of money, they should receive a level of service that reflects that investment — not something that feels rushed and careless.

Im dissatisfied, they didn't have the air hose or water hose that these places usually have, or the towels. I paid 16.00 the car went through sooo fast and there was still soap on the mirrors. I feel like I need another wash after this one. I tried drying the car with an old rag I had in the trunk. Usually they have rags for you. 1 out 10 for this place. Before this place became what it is now I use to love bringing my car here and I would pay 25.00 it was well washed and vacuum and dried. I wonder what happened!!???
