I recently took my car to Washington Body Shop to fix a broken side mirror. I had gotten estimates from two other body shops, but they quoted ridiculously high prices and said it would take several days. Even though those shops had decent reviews, the cost and wait time just didn’t make sense. At Washington Body Shop, they use genuine parts, are completely honest, and very transparent — no tricks, no upselling. The pricing was reasonable, and their integrity really stood out. You can truly feel their years of experience working in Koreatown. Even though this was a small part replacement, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have to wait long at all — I made an appointment and the mirror was replaced right away. Most of all, Angela is incredible. She immediately understands what the customer needs and does her absolute best to help — from scheduling and timing to repair time and pricing. Thanks to her, I no longer have to drive on the freeway feeling anxious with a broken mirror, and my car honestly feels brand new again. This is a truly trustworthy and ethical body shop that I highly recommend. It’s not just me — my family has trusted them with our cars for over 15years. I sincerely hope their business continues to grow and do well.

Very professional auto body shop! Office is clean and organized. Miss Angela was very helpful, gave expert and honest advice. It was similar pricing, but they appeared to operate much better....and this turned out very true. BMWs have a bit higher parts pricing. She found less expensive items in after market. They also have an alignment shop at site. I got a repair duration and was pleasantly surprised that the work was done in just 5 days. My car looks even better than before the accident! Many thanks! Best body shop ever! I have have no hesitation to recommend and will use this shop again.

Great and honest service for a car seat issue I had. Was very fair and transparent in assessment and pricing, and service was quick (office was neat and comfortable to wait in). Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend this auto body shop, the least any body shop should do is to protect parts not worked on from getting scratches or dents, they scratched my tire rim and refusing to fix their problem. Initial inspection report they wrote didn’t include the new damage and yet they are denying it. I will have to escalate to the BAR and insurance company to fix eventually but I’m trying to warn anyone from dealing with this unprofessional shop. Don’t get scammed, take your business somewhere else, their repair quality was horrible too

If you care about your car and it’s value don’t send it to this body shop, you can deal with if you really don’t care about the quality or if your car is too old other than that I don’t recommend it, they missed up my Tesla.
