I bought a used car from them. The owner Eswin is untrustworthy. When I bought the car they said they need to fix the a/c but didn't have the part. They said I had to take the car and take it back a week later. I took it back exactly a week later they supposedly fixed everything wrong with it. We picked it up and the car overheated with in the first 2 hrs of driving it. I had it towed Monday. I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't. I told him I didn't feel safe and rather not have a car they knowingly sold with major issues. He told me had to pick up the car. We picked up the car and he wanted to charge me and extra $300. Please be careful!!! They lie and can careless if the care lasts more than 2 hrs.

DO NOT GO HERE! Our AC was broken and they did not fix it but still charged us in full even when the problem wasn’t even fixed. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I would not go to this place ever again as they tried to upsell me instead of suggesting options to repair. They fixed my problem but couldn’t reset the error and lied that the error only goes after changing more parts even though I could reset the error myself from the service menu. In general they did what I asked them to do but the negative feeling of being upsold is still there.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Lee's and their team. Took my car in at 8:00 am, and it was ready for pickup by 4:00 the same day. I self diagnosed the problem as a bad oil pan gasket and MAYBE a bad oil pump. They replaced the oil pan gasket, found another leak around the oil pressure sensor and got me all fixed up. No oil pump replacement necessary. My point here is they could have taken me for a ride on the oil pump but did not. I appreciate that. Staff there was incredibly courteous and really pleasant to work with. Friendly AF. I will absolutely be taking my future repair needs to them. Price was absolutely right where I had hoped it would be. Everybody wins. Thank you again gents. Update Dec 8, 2022 I took my car in for some more work and they once again hit it out of the park. I was in and out in about 24 hours, and my car has not run this smoothly in years. New spark plugs and ignition coils, new starter motor, new tires. It's like driving a whole new car. Great Success!

NOT A BIASED OPINION This isn’t a bad shop the people here are great I never been disrespectful and they try to work with you price wise and work very quickly. Always willing to negotiate. With that being said I been coming here a while and they have serviced all 3 of my cars and a few times picked them up with trash in them a flat tire and always no gas ( which idk if I can blame them for that but it would be nice to kno I can Make it home) idk wat has happened this place used to be 4+ stars (maybe new management) I honestly don’t kno how good their mechanics are since serval times I have picked up my car with the same problem or maybe even worse. Spending thousands just to have to verify myself that they did it right. My BMW is still leaking from the same spot they touched but it’s possible it could be something else. They also don’t answer their phones so you’ll have to be the one to reach out communication is ok but they always got a lot of work. I expect a lot better from a shop that was almost perfect.
