This place is awesome! Richard and his crew are very professional, responsive, and nice. I don’t usually make my time to write reviews. People. Believe me. I’m 100% honest and recommending this place to everyone including especially Koreans and Spanish people in K town. Great Job!!

FANTASTIC! John and his team were affordable, quick, transparent, and overall awesome! I went in here after a renter and put a massive ding in my Tesla. I went to 5 different places to get quotes and John was able to give me a quote that was the most affordable, by about 15%. They turned around my car REALLY quick and did a fantastic job. you cant see it but there's a big dent in the rocker panel and it bent it at the back, near the door. Something that is usually a huge pain to fix. These guys NAILED it! I couldn't be more thankful for John and Ridgeway! Made sure to put it on both Y! and google because it was SO good!!

It was the second visit. My car has a problem with brake noise only when I start moving in the morning in the parking lot. I came here to change the brake pads and the staff checked them and said that the pads do not need to be replaced yet and explained the noise. Thank you.

Had to leave a 5 star review for Ridgeway auto body shop. My rented car’s rear view mirror was detached and couldn’t be installed back, took me hours of effort and couldn’t fix it. Called multiple body shop and auto repairs in LA, most can’t fix it, some asked over 100 dollars straight up, or couldn’t even understood my problem. The bro at Ridgeway answered my call immediately and kindly said he could potentially fix it for free if it’s easy. I drove there, a guy immediately took a look at my car and fixed in less than 5 mins, didn’t even attempted to ask for money afterwards. I still gave 20, felt I could have paid more cuz it has solved me a big trouble. Awesome work and such nice experience for me. Shame I don’t live nearby, or else this would be my go to body shop.

Great experience. Recently fixed my power window. The manager was very commutative and straightforward with quotes, time estimate and work progress. Workers were quick and seemed skilled. Will go back for other auto services.
