Took these people to court the owner is fake and thinks too much of himself. I recommend caliber collision. These guys man they abused my jeep srt and tried to get away with it by waiving my deductible. Then Jaime the owner has the audacity to say “ I’ve been in business for a long time my guys don’t do that” bro the tow company Bassam who recommended me to you doesn’t even work with you guys no more. They messed up my front bumper, my rear tow hitch cover, my front dashboard, my front driver side window tint, my windshield rubber guards and they didn’t even install the rubber gasket on my front bumper. If you have a special car don’t take it there. They rather not ride then do a good job. Then he starts ghosting me on text messages. Please avoid this place. I’m going to report them to the better business bureau and taking Jaime to court. Oh yea they abused my jeep grand Cherokee srt cause in a full tank of gas I was only getting 8.6. It’s usually 14.5 and I know what it takes to get the mpg that low.

I’m a repeat customer at Mac Auto Collision, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Kayla, Kathy, and Jamie are truly amazing. Every time I come in, they are welcoming, professional, and honest. Kayla does a great job keeping me informed, Kathy is always kind and patient, and Jamie makes sure the work is done right and on time. They treat you like family and really care about the quality of their work. My car came back looking brand new, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. They still haven't even touched my car, but they're already trying to charge me these insane daily "storage fees" for it just sitting in their lot. They're basically holding it hostage and racking up a huge bill without actually fixing anything! Do not recommend this place!!!

"Exceptional service and quality work!" Mac Auto Insurance was a fantastic body shop to work with. Jaime, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. His transparency and fairness made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The shop took great care in fixing up my car, restoring it to excellent condition after the accident. Their efficiency was impressive, getting my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible without compromising quality. If I ever need body work in the future, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Highly recommend!
