I brought my Tesla Model S to Ace Tech Collision Center to repair a scratch, and I honestly could not have had a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to walk me through the process and made sure everything was handled with care. The repair work was outstanding. My car looks perfect, and you would never know there was ever any damage. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality really stood out. This is genuinely the best repair shop I have ever been to. The team is extremely accommodating and clearly takes pride in their work. If you’re worried about trusting someone with your vehicle, especially a Tesla, you can feel completely confident bringing it here. Your car is in very good hands. I would absolutely recommend Ace Tech Collision Center to anyone who needs repair work done.

Ace Tech was truly the best experience! I was so skeptical about my Tesla repair after reading horror stories online (both Tesla Insurance and Tesla Repairs taking forever). Alice was on top of it. Constantly checking in with me and Tesla. My car was only in the shop for 2 weeks. She even arranged for Enterprise to pick up my loaner when my car was ready. Thank you!!

I brought my Tesla Model Y here for an insurance-covered repair. While the work was eventually completed, the process had major quality control issues. When Lesly first delivered the car to me, there was visible panel misalignment, and no one caught it until I pointed it out. The next day it was fixed, but the excuse was that no one had checked it properly the day before, which shouldn’t happen at a certified shop. When I drove it off the lot, the car pulled to the right. I later found out the alignment was done by a third-party, not by a Tesla-certified tech. That was frustrating and should have been disclosed. Patrick, the owner of the shop, was the only one who took accountability and went above and beyond to help me. He acknowledged the problem and arranged for the alignment to be fixed at an official Tesla center. It took an extra week after the original pickup date to get everything resolved. If you go here, ask for Patrick and inspect your car carefully before accepting it.

I always have such a great experience at ace tech collision center. The people working there are honest, punctual, helpful and genuinely care for their customers. I wouldn’t trust my Tesla with any other shop. I highly recommend you bring your car here!

Had such an awful experience while trying to get a quote here I stopped by this place as I wanted to get a quote on replacing the hinge and power strut on my tesla model 3 as my trunk lift-gate is not working. I went to a tesla service center last week for diagnostics and these were what was recommended and I wanted to get quotes from different places to compare prices The girl at the store asked how my hinge got bent and I answered I wasn’t sure yet the only thing I could think of was opening my trunk manually once as it didn’t open when I pressed the button. She said in a condescending way that this likely didn’t cause it to be bent. She said replacing the hinge and power strut might not fix the problem even though that is what Tesla recommended - so I asked if they could do another diagnostics there yet she said they won’t because tesla made the original assessment. She even answered the phone and talked to the person while she was still in a conversation with me, which was pretty rude. The whole interaction was full of unpleasant, condescending, and rude tone. I understand you don’t want to fix my car but you don’t have to be so disrespectful. All I wanted was to get a quote but all I got was this terrible experience
