I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. The team was extremely helpful and took the time to diagnose the issue with my car. They were very honest and explained that the leak was simply due to the car sitting unused for a while. What really stood out to me was their kindness—they didn’t even charge me for the inspection. It’s rare to find a shop that is this trustworthy and genuine. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them!

UPDATE: they are a scam. I had to bring my car back three times in one week. After bringing my car here three separate times for the exact same stalling and engine light issue the problem remains completely unresolved. Despite paying over $1,300, my car stalled on the highway just five hours after I picked it up from what they claimed was a 'completed' repair. When I returned to address the severity of the situation and the fact that the vehicle was unsafe to drive, I was not only denied a proper diagnostic, but the staff was dismissive, told me I was 'talking too much,' and attempted to charge me an additional $150. They have consistently failed to diagnose the root cause and have instead opted to demand more money for ineffective work. I had to file a complaint. Original issue --> Avoid this shop. I brought my car in for shaking and stalling, and they charged me $1,060 to change the spark plugs, only for them to dismiss my concerns and blame the stalling on 'the gas I was using.' Because they failed to listen to my initial issues, I had to bring the car back a week later, causing a huge inconvenience and forcing me to pay for additional Ubers. Then I had to leave my car there for two nights. When I returned, they tried to charge me a premium of $400 for a 30-minute sensor replacement—a job that should have been diagnosed the first time. They eventually lowered it to $335,. This shop has poor communication and did not even call me when the car was ready, doesn't listen to customers, and charges excessive labor for work they failed to diagnose properly the first time.

If you are looking for a fast trustworthy mechanic that honors his work, A1 is the place to come to. I came here years ago to have my oil changed and haven't been to another mechanic since. Mr. Kim worked on my car, my nieces car, and extensive work on my mother's car. Not only is he good but he is honest. I never have to worry about being overcharged or being taken for granted. Let's not forget Ms. Sue has the best old fashion customer service. Please help me in supportng this small family neighborhood business!

Came here for an oil change! Had a wonderful experience! Mr. Kim is super fair and very affordable. This is a very honest business and I've been coming back ever since. Had a transmission change here now and it was super well done and fair priced. I highly recommend A1 and Mr Kim :)

This is my family’s go-to for any car problems. Their prices are fair, and they’re fast. As a female, it can be daunting to find a good auto shop. Mr. Kim has always quoted me fair prices and never made any unnecessary repairs. If you’re a female looking for a reliable shop, recommend this place!
