I gave them my car to fix my problem. They told that they did it and want to change me for 475$. But I still have problems. So rude and not professional. Definitely not recommend them. Never never ever
I have had the most amazing experience with H-1 they fixed my transmission with my Dodge Journey and even offered service discounts for other services. I’m so happy and grateful for their services. Thank you!
Took my transmission to fix from my dealer. The alignment was perfect when it was dropped off. Received my vehicle and my alignment was noticeable different, very off. and complete opposite of when i dropped off the vehicle. I took the car back same day and they declined doing anytbing with the alignment. Well, of course they did, they took down the tires and axles. I would not recommend they for problem resolution. They are not taking responsibility for their action. I am giving a 1 star based on this and not based on the transmission that was fixed.
My car had transmission problem and he rebuilt it. Price was reasonable compared to other transmission repair shops. The job was well done and I am satisfied with their work.
He put the wrong transmission fluid in my car now I have no car because of it, then I call to get information of what he put in my car & he starts yelling At me that’s it out of warranty & I dont pay him so he don’t have to give me any information! DO NOT GO HERE!
