I love giving a review for this spot. my business partner turn me on to these guys. so I needed to get an oil change and normally I would go to the dealer or to my local quick lube. however, when I gave this place a shot I made a connection. I made friends every time I go there. it's the same people they recognize me. they know me. they know my car. they know my dog. it's always the same Rock bottom, affordable price. I get high quality synthetic oil for my 6-cylinder Grand caravan for $75. they've got windshield wipers at a reasonable price air filters. they do brake checks. they top off all my fluids. one other guys goes and make sure my tires are inflated to the right pressure. they do every little thing that's needed and they remember me. it's not that I needed to be remembered but just imagine if every time you went to do something it was the same person. wouldn't that be nice? well that's what this place is all about. a nice easy to go and easy to get into spot quick so fast. I never have to wait. it makes getting my oil changed something. I look forward to compared to something I have to do. so I love recommending this place to others and I go out of my way too. whenever someone is talking about getting their oil changed or having to do something with their car I tell him to go by there first. like I had this friend who was going on a long trip and I explained to him. hey have you had your oil changed.? And he told me well. why do I need to do that? I was like buddy you're going to be driving 3,000 mi and when was the last time you got your oil changed? he told me well. maybe 3,000 mi ago and you're supposed to change your oil every 3,000 mi so that would be you get your next oil change at 6,000 mi so get yourself in there and get your oil changed. this way you won't have any trouble on your trip. he agreed and went there and called me afterwards saying oh my God. that was cool. those guys were nice and when I get back that's going to be the place I get. my oil changed every time made so quick and easy and I made friends with the mechanics that work there and I'm pretty sure they'll remember me. that's what I love about that place. they always remember me. well that's what I have to say about that spot.

This was one of the worst and most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. The employee deliberately pretended not to understand English while I was trying to explain what I needed. I spent a long time explaining, and in the end he acted like he understood, took my money, and still gave me the wrong inspection document. When I told him it was not the correct paper, he just laughed at me. His coworkers were also laughing, which made the situation even more humiliating. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me the person who handled my document was the owner himself. I strongly advise everyone not to waste their time, money, or dignity there. The way they treated me was disrespectful, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I felt mocked and taken advantage of. What hurts the most is that I was treated like this simply because I was alone and a woman, as if it was acceptable to disrespect me. I will continue to share my experience publicly so others don’t have to go through the same treatment.

Went in for a SMOG check. The guy quoted me a price over the phone, then gave me a cheaper price after the test, because it's the 4-cyl version. In & out in 10 minutes.

I always hesitate to leave poor reviews, but this is where I’ve gotten my oil changes done the last year and have had great experiences both times. I assumed it would be the same with the smog test, so I called and was given a quote of $45. When I arrived, the individual there said it would be $58, after I clarified that I called and was told $45 he immediately got defensive and said he was not “negotiating his prices.” His attitude changed and he seemed annoyed and told me I could go elsewhere when I was just telling him I’m basing my price off what HE told me on the phone. I’m disappointed, especially since this could have been avoided and I would have paid $58 if that’s what I had been told originally. We “settled” on $55.

Everytime I need a smog check, I come here. Always super efficient, good price and it's fast. Very nice employees as well.
