The one of the best, if not, the best auto body shop in LA! Let me tell you something, guys! You know how we all want to find that one ethical mechanic and auto body person/place where we can just comfortably drop our car and have 200% trust in his/her ability to fix and honest about everything, including $$$$$ (you know how so many mechanic or body shops try to rob us INTENTIONALLY!!) If you were like me, who was having a difficult time finding that ONE place!? This is it! Don't even try to go to the other places. I've been to many other places, including all the referrals from friends/coworkers/etc. Unfortunately, I was always disappointed w either their work or pricing. However, one of my surfing buddies recommended this place when I got into an automobile accident a few weeks ago and decided to give it one more shot (I was going to the place where my insurance company recommended it since I didn't like any of the places I've been to). I am now so thankful that I made this decision! This place seems like a family-run business. The owner is kind and approachable. Also, he gave a thorough explanation of what was going to happen, how long it would take to fix the car, and the insurance process and what to expect from them. He was also kind enough to take me to the local rental car place and help me get an upgraded vehicle, which cost more than my insurance allowance. I also love that he was very honest and transparent about the timing. I mean, thank God, I did not have to discuss any pricing or cost since the other insurance was paying for everything (100% not my fault), but he was very on point about what they were going to do and when it would be all finished. I also talked to several customers at the shop, and all the clients were telling me that not only was he the only reasonable person in LA, but also the only one who would not cheat and provide follow-ups. So for my car, I am very knit-picky and can be that ugly customer when it comes to my car. However, not only was he matching and managing my anxiety, but he also resolved many of my anxiety causes by giving thorough and professional guidance and 'corrections'. Nonetheless, I 200% recommend this place for any car issues. They also have a mechanic, and he was super kind and nice too.

Unfortunately my car mirror was hit/damaged and the person responsible didn't take accountability. This company understood my frustration and gave me a reasonable price and a listening ear to my unexpected problem. I really appreciate the way they handled resolving my issues and would recommend this company to anyone in need of a good experience with car troubles. Thank you Autocrafters!

He can fix anything.. The owner knows what he is doing and he is good at it. I lifted my RX350 & GX470 and took it to Autocrafter for fine tuning and other mechanical issues. It runs better than a new car now.

Friendly and fast service with no pomp and frills. The place is crowded with cars and you might have to street park, but if you're looking for a good mechanic at an affordable cost, this shop might be it.

Great local place to get repairs. No fuss, got the job done and was friendly on top of that. Will go here again for repairs and check-ups.
