If you have a black car. They seem to have a hard time painting black. You will not get a good finish. Probably mature labor or just a sloppy finish. I really wanted this place to be good since it's right in the downtown area. If you need some QUALITY work, you might need to search more. Seriously. The materials they used were very cheap. Trims not placed right. Just a bunch of failed details.

I had an excellent experience with this shop. When the repair ended up taking a little longer due to a delayed part, they made sure to take care of me every step of the way and kept me informed. And my car came back more immaculate than when I bought it. Truly top-notch work and service.

I took my car (13 Prius) here on 2023. Because my car vandalized and somebody stole my catalytic so insurance gave option to bring to this shop. Since it was close. I brought it. In context my car wasn’t stayed on shop for more than 1 hour. Just for oil services and wear fixing. So 2 days ago took my car to do oil change and seem battery was low. ( I have car since new and never change batteries). So I found battery was change and sticker saying it was change it on 9/21. Only place my car stay for days was here. I know I was them. Because when I took car front them several plastics on panel door disappeared. But in the moment I didn’t feel like fight with them. Now is different because this is no fair. We as customer put our trust on these businesses just to find out that they take advantage of us just to make income with our car parts to charge insurance as used original on other claims. So people be careful with this kind of businesses.

My car was delayed 6 times and they wouldn’t let me know until the day of that it was delayed. After the 3rd delay, I started calling on my own to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. Whoever the “claims handler” was never told my insurance and hence my rental car was not getting paid. The girl working the front desk did not seem to know what she was doing and lacked basic customer service communication. Long story short I got my car back and the next day the check engine light came on. I’m going to get a second opinion.

excellent service Erick is very efficient and kind answers all your questions and is very patient with all the clients and allison also does her job 100% good everyone from the office and the painting team have an excellent job too, best of all They give you a certificate of work that they do with a lifetime warranty while the car is yours 100% recommended. Many thanks to the whole team they also accept all insurances
