Body shop is horrible.Terrible service. Do NOT recommend. I went to this BodyShop location at Washington Blvd & Normandie Ave for an oil change. The technician did not understand English, and a young woman had to translate into Spanish for him, which caused serious miscommunication. Before the oil change was even done, the woman tried to charge me for the oil change and told me it was already completed, even though the technician had not changed the oil yet. That was very concerning. When the service was finally done, they changed the oil but did NOT replace the oil filter, which is completely unacceptable. They also did not check basic fluids, including coolant, which is standard during an oil change. I also asked them to check the brakes because I hear a noise when braking. They told me everything was fine, but the brakes were not actually inspected. Today my Lexus overheated, displayed “Engine Coolant Temperature High,” shut off, and stopped in the middle of the road. This could have caused a serious accident. Despite all of this, they charged me $120. This shop is unprofessional, careless, and unsafe. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

This gas station does not print the receipt at the pump.You have to go in and physically go inside, and stand in line to get it. Avoid this gas station.

A typical gas station. I got a coffee from this store it smelt very good, but the cup was too thin and started dissolving just a few moments after i got it.

One of the lower priced Shell gas station in the area. With Ralph's rewards, you will get a better deal. Good location --- close to the 10 freeway exit. May benefit if staff can make this station a little cleaner.
