Came here on rainy day, low expectations especially when i got sent here from all state from a accident. I can’t say enough good things about Korea Auto Body Shop. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and transparent. After my accident, I was stressed about the repair process, but Dean made everything so much easier. He took the time to explain the repairs, kept me updated, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. The work on my car came out excellent it looks as good as new. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a reliable auto body shop with great communication and top-tier results, ask for Dean. He really takes care of you. Also the enterprise next door as well was really helpful when returning my rental. IM surprised this all took a one day process when it was supposed to be like 4-5 days. it was fast and efficient! I strongly recommend anyone else for good body shop. Their is also another lady who helped me out she was really nice as well!

The best experience I've had at a body shop! Abraham was extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. The body shop gave me timely updates on my car while it was in the shop and communicated everything! Drop off and pick up of my car was also quick and easy! They also helped me out with getting my rental from next door. The entire process was seamless and I would highly recommend Korea Town Auto Body for anyone looking for a professional body shop. I couldn't even tell that my whole door was replaced! Flawless work.

Koreatown Auto Body delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Their customer service was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress free. The team is clearly well qualified and takes pride in their work. Communication was great, and I felt confident my vehicle was in experienced hands. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I was involved in a car accident around 5pm and when calling around body shops, Koreatown Auto Body said that they will wait and accept my car (via tow truck). The insurance tried to play games, but the guys are Koreatown Auto Body pressed through, scheduled the adjuster and started work immediately. They were able to walk me through the process, keep my updated on each stage of the process, and ultimately have my car finished 3 days ahead of schedule. There's no place i'm going for any future car maintenance! Shoutout to Abe and Dinh for helping me out specifically!

They were awesome. They contacted the other insurance company for repair details and even setup the rental. Great and fast service!
