Dropped off my Nissan Sentra on 11/29/25, I picked it up 01/16/26, my insurance company took its sweet time processing the claim and that was the only stressful part of the situation. CALIBER COLLISION is the ABSOLUTE BEST! They held my car the entire time and never called hounding me once about it. After I picked it up I noticed my backup camera wasn’t working and I brought it back to them to check it out (no damage to the rear end of the vehicle so they couldn’t have done anything wrong) they checked it out without any hesitation. My initial pick up date was 01/21 but it was ready a few days earlier. They are the most friendly and professional people I’ve encountered in awhile! I would definitely recommend!! These days it’s hard to get great service and Caliber Collision is 5 stars hands down! BRAVO GUYS!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mrs. Barton

Chris was my advisor and the man responsible for fixing my vehicle from an almost damaged state to literally brand new from the body shop and he did everything. He said he would he promised me my car would be perfect and put back together, and he kept his word. He was very responsive with my phone calls and textand communicated with the insurance company to fill the gap about the bill of the rental because the car took a little longer because the insurance company messed up and added frame damage, and that was not their fault, but they still went out of way and talk to the district manager, and they took care of the bill for the rental car, which was literally incredible and I was in shock. It was just amazing. My car looked brand new inside and out, and it took honestly not even a long time to do it, considering the amount of damage that was done to the car by the hit and run.Chris is a very professional knowledgeable and kind person that I respect very much and I’m very thankful for his help on putting my car back together and keeping his promises to me about every step of the way and what was going on and what would happen and I’m very thankful that I took my car to this location and dealt with Chris personally as my car was being put back together and fixed! Nothing but good reviews great customer service personalization, and by far just going out of the way for a satisfied customer is what makes this caliber collision one of 1 million that is absolutely incredible!!!

Cannot recommend highly enough! Erick, Pedro and Dulce all took phenomenal care of me and my car. Everyone I worked with was so considerate and accommodating in the wake of a pretty chaotic and unpleasant car break-in experience. My car is as good as new and - a week later - I'm still so grateful for the thoughtful customer service experience I had here. Lovely people!

The agent and the manager did a great job satisfying my needs and desires on my Chevy Silverado 2024 they went out of there way, despite my insurance company being complete Dutchbags ( State Farm )and inconsiderate of they’re clients which I’ve made it known to my 500,000 followers on tik tok about, but the shop overturned and satisfied me to the complete extent I recommend the service and am happy with the outcome. Thank you guys.

Do not go here unless you are able to finish the repair job yourself. I took my car in after I was hit in traffic. They had it done a week later than estimated and in the photographed state, with the hood not aligned properly and the front bumper/headlights not fitting properly. I called the shop to complain and they offered to take a look at it. The manager of the shop came out and immediately started gaslighting me that this was damage from a new accident rather than an issue with their repair, and they would not fix it back to the original state (despite having a guarantee of their work). This is after I first told him that my photos were taken the same day they returned the car to me and are time-stamped as such. Shortly later I brought my car to my brother, who is skilled with working on cars, and he had it fixed in 5 minutes. All the alignment issues where very sloppy mistakes from the mechanic from not putting pieces back in the right areas. The fact that the manager thought it was bad enough to be new collision damage when it was really just a poor repair job is an incredibly concerning sign. I would never come back here or recommend to anyone.
