After a hit-and-run, my insurance referred me to this auto body shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They answered the phone the first time I called and got me scheduled the very next day for an evaluation. Kevin, who I met with first, was extremely polite and took the time to clearly explain the entire process and timeline for the repairs. Within a couple of days, they had approval from my insurance and started the work. Throughout the process, Kevin was very communicative and kept me updated on the progress, including when he expected the car to be ready. He was spot-on with the completion date, which made it easy for me to plan my rental car return. As a business owner myself, I pay close attention to how organized a business is and how the staff treats customers, and I was genuinely impressed. I was greeted by name every time I walked in, and the staff was always polite and happy to answer my questions to make sure I understood what was happening. When I came in to pick up the car, they noticed a small paint chip that was unrelated to the accident. The owner offered to fix it free of charge, which was truly above and beyond and very much appreciated. This is a clean, organized, and well-run shop with a helpful team that makes you feel taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work done

I had an excellent experience with D-1 Auto Body. After my mom’s car hydroplaned on the freeway and suffered major front bumper damage, along with minor dents on the right rear bumper and a bent exhaust tip, their team took great care of everything. What really stood out was their communication. From the moment the insurance approved the repairs, they kept me updated every step of the way and sent detailed before photos of each area that was repaired. The transparency and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Once the work was completed, the car was thoroughly cleaned, adjustments were made where needed, and it honestly looked brand new. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend D-1 Auto Body to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

I took my Audi Q5 after an accident. It was very stressful expreience but D1 auto body team made things bearable. The rental help and the repair of my car was one of the best experience I had. They gain customer for life!

Donny and his team are very professional when it comes to Tesla repairs. D-1 had all the necessary parts in stock — which saved a ton of time waiting for parts to ship (Tesla owners, you know what I mean🥲). The rental process was also very smooth- they’ll help you! My car was fully repaired in under three weeks. Also, they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. When I picked my car up, it looked flawless. They cleaned it up so well it looked brand new. Highly recommend — even though I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon! 😭😂
