Family and Staff are super friendly! I had a flat tire on my Tesla and they were able to accommodate with the exact tire I needed to match my other tires. They also filled my other tires for free. I was in and out within 15 mins. Highly recommend this shop. (they were able to get me the tire faster than Tesla offered; which was a 1 week wait)

I came here once for flat repairs and they charged around $20–25, so I trusted this shop. Recently I brought my own spare tire and was quoted $45 just to mount and balance it. I agreed at the time, but later realized this is much higher than what most shops charge for the same service. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I went to several dealers because of a tire problem and was introduced to this place. The clear answers and quick and accurate solutions took my stress away. By the way, I'll tell you something very important. If you have any problems after replacing your tires, rotate your wheels at least every 6,000 miles to receive the 50,000-60,000 mile warranty. Anyway, I had a tough day with tire problems, but you explained it to me so kindly and replaced it in 20 minutes at the lowest price. The service is very, very refreshing. I recommend this place. I always intend to come back again.

Title: Dishonest owner with a "Tesla Tax" (Liar!) I’m a Tesla owner. I called ahead for a simple nail repair and was quoted a low price. By the time I left, the price had tripled to $30. The owner's excuse? "Teslas have sound-absorbing foam inside, so it’s harder to fix." Here is the funny part: 1. If there was foam, you have to take the tire off to patch it from the inside. He didn't. He just used a cheap external plug (a 2-minute job) and claimed his "technique" is so special he doesn't need to remove the wheel. Yeah, right. 2. The Kicker: My current tires DO NOT even have foam inside. He saw a Tesla, lied to my face about the "foam" to justify ripping me off, and did a basic repair for a premium price. He is dishonest and takes advantage of customers. Avoid this place.

This is a nice family run business that has been a staple in the Ktown community. $140 for mbz front left Hangook tire. I didn’t bother calling around so I can’t say much about the price but this place has always been competitively priced with fast service so worth it even if it’s not the cheapest. Even when it’s packed, they are staffed up and you’re in and out in less than 30 minutes. I especially love how joyful the ajumah lady was through the entire process of writing up the invoice and letting me know when I was all set to go :) One note in terms of area of improvement, the cashier lady seemed like she was having a bad day but it’s not uncommon for a business to have rude employees here and there. No reason to turn me off from coming back for cheap tires.
