The quality of the tint is perfect—no bubbles, no dust, and the installation looks factory-clean. The BEST place to install your dash cams, period! No need to search further, all the positive reviews are true. Jin, the owner is super friendly and professional. His shop is clean and super efficient. No appointment needed and they get you in and out in less than an hour, even with people lining up for his services. He has plenty of options for dash cams, but does not pressure you to buy his stock and was more than happy to guide me on what parts I needed if I wanted to buy my own… which I did since I wanted a specific camera features. The guy next to me was also satisfied with the tinting services he provided. (I will be back for the back window Jin! I didn’t realize my old tint was melting which has been making it hard to see until you pointed it out to me). Great service and install, you won’t be disappointed!

I had my brand new Mercedes tinted at WINYCAM, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. After driving for couple of days, I noticed a lot of dust particles and fuzzy lint trapped between the film and the glass, especially on the windshield. There are also visible scratches, though I can’t tell if they’re on the tint film or the actual windows. Every one of the six windows looks messy, which completely defeats the purpose of getting professional tinting. When I returned to the shop to show them the issues, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. The owner condescendingly asked if I had ever had car windows tinted before, and several employees stood around watching me like I was overreacting. They insisted that the dust and imperfections were “normal,” which was frustrating and insulting, especially since this is a brand new car. As a female customer, I also couldn’t shake the feeling that I wasn’t being taken seriously. The owner offered to redo the tint but warned that it would involve “scratching out” the film and would take a long time, which didn’t inspire confidence at all. At this point, I don’t trust them to fix the issue properly. Overall, I would not recommend WINYCAM based on my experience. The quality of work and customer service were both extremely disappointing, and I regret choosing this shop for my tinting.

Don't get your car tinted here! I had my tint done here as soon as I bought my Tesla Jupiter, but water got into the car and shorted out the audio system. I took my car to Tesla service for a long time, but the audio is still not smooth. I complained several times, but they never apologized or did anything about it.

Amazing service products . I was in and out without even an appointment. They did same-day service for me and installed a front and rear dash cam and their prices are so comfortable to what you would buy on Amazon, but better quality and there I can’t say enough good words about them the general manager, JIN absolutely amazing!
