I got my Car tinted here. They moved to a new location but quality is still present. I am very happy with the results

I’ve taken three of my cars here for window tinting, and every single time there have been issues. Dust, dirt, and spots trapped under the tint have been a constant problem. In the past, I never had time to go back and deal with the poor results. But this time, since it was my brand new car, I made the time to return and give them the opportunity to make it right. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience yet. Both front windows had multiple bubbles, dirt particles, and dust that you can actually feel when running your finger across the glass. I contacted John immediately, and while he initially told me to bring the car back so he could “make it right,” the follow-up was disappointing. When I showed up early the next morning, instead of taking responsibility, John gave me excuses. He actually said, “I have a rule that it must have 10 bubbles or more in order for me to replace the tint” and “it’s never going to be perfect.” I paid for premium tint, and I expect a premium job. The windows had way more than 10 visible defects, and dirt trapped under the film is not something that can be “touched up.” That’s just poor workmanship. This is not how you treat a repeat customer. The lack of quality and professionalism shows that John cares more about the money than the integrity of his work. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

John at Beverly tint did an amazing job adding the tint to my model 3 Tesla. He did everything in about an Hour! He was quick efficient and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend if you’re getting XPEL tint.

Best tint job on the market wish I remember who I spoke to on the phone but anyways job was amazing 1 week post tint will definitely bring my cars here to get tinted, very good price and very clean job with the ceramic tint. Car stays cool all day even in the sun.
