I’ve generally had a decent experience shopping here, but I want to raise a serious concern. Some of the newer cashiers would benefit from better training around cultural sensitivity and implicit bias. Customers with brown skin should not be assumed to be immigrants, non-native English speakers, or treated differently. Asking for a passport specifically as ID or unnecessarily repeating sentences slowly in public can come across as profiling and is uncomfortable. I understand that many Indian students from USC shop here, but that should never justify making assumptions about customers based on appearance. I hope management addresses this through proper staff training so all customers feel respected and welcome.

The florists here are ALWAYS amazing. Today, Tatiana (Tati) really gave customer service that was above and beyond for my mother's 60 birthday flower bouquet. Thank you so much, Tatiana! She is a treasure and deserves a pay bonus, for sure. Thank you for the gorgeous flowers! 💕💖

This place was great! The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, they made me a sandwich at 6:30am although the deli opens at 7am, making the shopping experience quick and easy. Definitely one of the better grocery stores around!

I love this Ralphs more for its employees than for the store itself. Don't get me wrong, I love Ralphs in general, but the staff at this location are outstanding. The regular employees are there every night, always smiling and kind - even when you come in late and they're about to close their registers, they still take the time to help you get what you need. Truly great customer service. Keep it up.

This Ralphs has EVERYTHING! Items I've never seen in any other chain of stores. Items I didn't even know existed! GREAT place to find a large selection of options /choices. From gourmet products to non gourmet- STILL, with many options from either classification. Whenever a recipe you're trying to follow asks for an ingredient you've never heard of or just wouldn't know where to find....I BET you Ralph's has it! I'm confident of it. #shopRalphsMarket
