This store is very well organized, clean, with plenty of employees working to restock the shelves and customer service. My only complaint is that nobody is getting the shopping carts and returning them to the corral for the customers to be able to use. The shopping carts are all over the parking lot except where they are supposed to be for our shopping experience. I really like the store atmosphere and the displays. The flowers are beautiful and the produce is fresh. You'll find plenty of carts in the corral and others taking up parking spaces with the tires locked. The prices are fair, affordable, nothing is cheap nowadays.
One the biggest Ralph's I've ever been to. Every section of this store is awesome including deli, flowers, fruit and bakery. Only thing is common high theft sections are behind a locked gate and are only open during certain hours.. this includes personal products, skincare, oral care, vitamins, laundry supplies. Etc.
Horrible-Staff simply doesn’t care nor and lack knowledge in their products. It was advertised on-line that Ralphs in Cerritos (had the address noted) carried a specific licorce from England. Called before making the drive and confirmed that they had the item. Asked an associate (older woman), showed her the on-line ad. She was clearly confused and asked if it was some Asian candy (assuming she asked due to the fact that I’m Asian…yes…live in Fullerton, drove past numerous large Asian markets to end up in the Cerritos Ralphs to find Asian candy..exactly). After I stated that it was not an Asian candy, she still proceeded to have me follow her to the International aisle and waved her hand towards the very limited candy selection. Spoke to the Manager and she was the worst-Non-caring and condescending. Would never return. Completely offended. Does Ralph’s offer any sort of training?? Should seriously do so.
I always prefer going to ralphs. Fresh produce and prices are reasonable. I recommend downloading the app and scanning for the more coupons. It pays off at the end.
Why is it that people who get off work late can't buy dog food because the workers think it's a good idea to block endcaps? Then we're told that they can't help us? Almost every single time.
