Mitsuwa Marketplace was an amazing experience. We found so many great and unique products to take home, and everything felt authentic and well curated. The variety is incredible, and it’s a great place to discover items you don’t usually find elsewhere. The food court was also outstanding, with delicious options and something for everyone. We truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend visiting!
This is a Japanese supermarket with a Japanese food court. If you are craving anything Japanese this is the place. It’s got a decent supermarket with Japanese seafood and meats as well as groceries. For quiet bite for lunch or dinner this place has an udon shop, ramen shop, bento shop, matcha drink shop, Korean snack shop, donburi shop, and crepe & donut shop. I think the udon, ramen and donburi (Misasa). Misasa is quite popular as their dishes are big portions are reason price. It’s a worth a visit if you like Japany food stuff.
Mitsuwa Torrance is excellent. Torrance is not a racist place. Moving on, then. Mitsuwa at Torrance has wonderful foods on their grocery shelves as well as Japanese products like back foam for office chairs, for example. But their food court which comes with ample tables and chairs during busy times also have great restaurants within the grocery store food stalls which come with wonderful tasting freshly crafted tasty goodies like hot ramen and curry katsu and green tea matcha ice creams. You can taste the best of Japanese culture and cuisine right here right now in South Bay. Mitsuwa is to Japanese food is to Japanese groceries is to Torrance what H Mart is to Korean food is to Korean groceries is to Torrance. Torrance is so good and great.
Visited the marketplace for the food court. Get quite crowded even during weekday lunchtime. The food is very good and priced competitively when compared to the mall’s food court. Good selection of different Japanese cuisine and quite a few chefs there are Japanese. Worth a visit if you’re at the mall.
Lots of good food to choose from. Not a fan of bringing trays to where people order. I dont have any problems cleaning up after eating, but would prefer to have a places to put trays back by where the trash bins are like many food courts.
