So glad my friend put me on to this place! I have been looking for authentic and fresh Kimichi for some time now. This is by far the best! And I appreciate the option to purchase fresh or days old. I will be back very soon!
Excellent fresh makkimchi. The half-gallon size of pre-cut kimchi is perfect for my husband and I to enjoy it young as a banchan and when it starts fermenting more deeply, adding to jjigae and tang. The owners are very nice and helpful. I got a half gallon of the baek kimchi as well; it’s not pre-cut, but that’s okay. I’m looking forward to trying it this weekend.
This place is amazing!!! The komchinis so delicious and basically everything you get here is great. Had the reddish the kimchi the chives the garlic. Everything is amazing. I highly recommend. Worth the price in my opinion. Will be returning for more. Really friendly customer service. Overall a hidden gem MUST TRY!!!
Ok. Since my mom passed and my emo moved back to Korea I just buy Kimchi and other "kimchi" at the Korean market. Lately I've been buying the green lid kimchi because it was the best. Well that is over. I didnt think I could have Kimchi like this again. Granted its not like my mom's but it made think of Korea and why everything tastes so much better. Its basically $14 for a half gallon and $23 for a full. I got the regular kimchi and it.is.very good. I also got the radish kimchi with the tail (greens) attached. That is phenomenal! I feel like I am eating the food from a KDrama! Excellent. I urgently urge you to try this place!
Came by this kimchi store 3 times in 2 months and 2 times they gave me kimchi which sat for too long and about to be spoiled. They will never let you pick out the kimchi since they will give you the ones which they need to sell before they become spoiled. Very surprised that the reviews are so high.
