Rude clerks! Seafood quality was only ok, nothing specialty, can find everything in local market or Costco.

Pacific Fresh Fish Co. is a hidden treasure! Been buying from them since 2019. They get fresh catches every morning, and if you go early enough, you'll find a fantastic selection. My go-to items are box of oysters and crabs. The Korean men here are always helpful. I felt the need to write a review after seeing so many negative comments about poor customer service, but people need to understand it is probably a language barrier. The experience is more like interacting with fishermen on a boat, not a 5-star American dining hospitality. There’s a lot of moving parts here, so yes, be prepared to stand and watch people work. Respect the hustle.

This place is a gem! Not sure why other reviews say the prices are high. Admittedly, some items are higher than elsewhere, but only the frozen selection is a bit more expensive than other places. However, you don’t go here for the frozen selection. You go here for the fresh or live seafood that has amazing prices and seafood you just won’t be able to get at your local fish monger. Quality is truly unmatched. I go 1-2 times per month. The area is not the best, but who cares, the parking lot and the facility are very clean and safe. I never felt uncomfortable. The workers there are hardworking and friendly and are willing to help. Admittedly, there are a couple that may not come off all too friendly, but I think it’s more of a cultural barrier than them being rude. The owners are great and hospitable people that I got to know over the years! Overall, this place is simply amazing! A Los Angeles gem!

Yep, incredibly arrogant, rude, obnoxious owners/managers. They treat you like they're doing you a favor by letting you even walk in. You have to beg for service. Unbelievable! Also, prices are totally up to the whim of the salesman, different prices for different people, and we all know what that's called... So many other more reputable and professional outlets in that immediate area, don't bother going here, unless you're a relative or speak their language...hint...hint...
