I discovered this butcher shop not long ago, and ever since then, I only buy my pork belly here. The fat-to-meat ratio is perfect — not too greasy, just rich and flavorful. I grilled it on a grill I bought from Zion Market, let a bit of the fat render out, and it turned out unbelievably delicious. I couldn’t believe how good it tasted at home. The quality of the meat is always excellent. Highly recommend!
Their meat used to be so amazing and worth the money but now meat quality went down but prices went up. Brisket is so chewy, barely edible to the point you have to split it out. Too hard to even swallow. Avoid this place and save your money. You can’t continue to fool customers. I gave them so many chances.
Someone told me to check out this place for prime cuts. I picked up short ribs and pork belly which were both exceptional quality. Will definitely be back.
Best quality beef in town. Service is not the best, but we are here to review the quality of their meat, not their service. I’d rather have the butchers spend time on perfecting their craft, not some customer service skills to appeal to people with tantrums. Learn basic Korean if you want good service, otherwise get your beef from Stater Bros Thank you for reading.
Everything was good, meat quality, freshness, and the cuts. But too pricey. They offer a typical KBBQ cuts, but overpriced.
