Do not support this scammy meat market. I can’t believe this place would scam their own people but here we are. They put nice fatty brisket on the top layer and put lean/tough/old brisket on the bottom as the picture below shows. Let this place go out of of business. The below 3.5 star rating makes sense. Charging $30 a pound for sliced raw brisket is a crime but putting lesser quality meat on the bottom to scam the customer is some low level human being activity.
I have used this place almost 8 years. Recently, quality of beef is inconsistent. The one that I got today is not prime quality beef.
Way high priced and not even fresh Unprofessional service as meat packer Supposed be professional butcher shop
Picked up a brisket. Top notch quality. Worth the price. Next to try, prime rib roast.
Quality is bad compare to price.. toooo expensive!
