I've been attending Faith Baptist Church for seven years now, and it's been life-changing! Before finding this church, I spent years searching for a place to help me build a better relationship with our Lord and Savior. Thanks to my daughter, who attended school there, I found my salvation. The pastors are incredibly kind and genuinely care about their church family. The church is diverse, beautiful, warm and friendly, making everyone feel welcome. The pastors and guest speakers always deliver engaging messages, and the choir's music is fantastic. Growing up, I only went to church once a year, but now I look forward to midweek and Sunday services.

Finally, a church that actually teaches you how Our Loving Holy Father wants us all to live. This church is a very active church that offers different opportunities to learn and a school your children will succeed in their life, with Lord Jesus to guide them to success. And even more to offer. I invite you. Oh, if you use YouTube you can watch and listen to the church services from this too. Sunday and Wednesday.

Having been a part of this wonderful community for over 50 years I am thrilled to call it “home”. Through the various stages of life this church has reached out and encouraged our family. We have grown spiritually and been able to participate in outstanding programs to reach others with the gospel of Christ. Here you can find salvation, purpose, peace, and fellowship.

I went to 1st Baptist till I was 14y/o. Took me many years to realize my salvation is secure after that. I was taught there that I was going to hell and that if there was a tiny sin unforgiven, that I was not getting raptured with the church. It was drilled into me so much I wouldn't sleep and I'd call (pastors, the only people I knew were going to heaven) at 2am and if they answered I hung up and could sleep, knowing the rapture hadn't happened At the 1st Baptist H/S they were so strict, you couldn't be seen outside school with pants on or else it was demerits, if you were caught listening to music that wasn't okay you got demerits. They actually measured the hem of your skirts, they had to be 3 inches lower than your knee. As an adult I would never put my son's in that environment . I am a Bible believing, God loving adult who goes to Calvary Chapel now and know I am going to heaven. No thanks to First Baptist Canoga Park.
