My daughter has been in Kumon for a year now (she’s in 2nd grade), and the progress has been amazing. Her confidence, focus, and skills have improved so much since she started. The structured approach and daily practice really make a difference, and I love seeing how proud she feels of her own growth. The instructors are supportive and encouraging, and they truly care about helping each child succeed. I’m so glad we joined Kumon—it has been such a positive experience for our family! And we’ll miss seeing Ms Ellen every week.
We absolutely love Kumon. It has been so helpful with building a solid foundation for my 4yr old daughter in both reading and math. My eldest 7yr old daughter is also almost 2 grade levels above in math. The teachers are great and Candice is very attentive with how they are each progressing and their learning styles. We love Kumon!
Kumon has been the biggest blessing in my kids academic journey. I have nothing but the best things to say about Ms Candice and the whole teaching staff. I have 2 kids in kumon for over 3 years, the change I have noticed in both of them is unbelievable. If you are thinking about starting do it immediately. We will forever be thankful.
My son who was struggling with reading at school has come such a long way since we enrolled him at Kumon on Fulton Ave. I have honestly been so pleasantly surprised at how much he has learned in the 5 or so months we’ve had him there. Just the other day we were in the car and he’s been reading signs we pass by on the street! This Kumon location on Fulton Ave in Sherman Oaks is very special and I highly rec it to all families looking to supplement their child’s education. It’s a very unique Kumon location being run by 2 generations of women in this field. Ms Candice and Ms Vickie are an amazing mother - daughter team who truly care about helping the students succeed.
My son has been part of Kumon for a year now. He started when he was 4 y.old. He has never visited a preschool or a kindergarten before, but with Kumon's help he started reading and writing and he is enjoying it a lot! He is taking books from the Library now that he can read.
