We took my son recently to do an assessment. It was all very professional and we were told we'd get the results in a couple of days. That was over a month ago. I called, I emailed, I stopped by the center, but they never sent the results. I decided to sign him up anyway - because I'd heard such good things, including from the reviewers here. So I got in all the paperwork and now it has been over a week and I haven't heard back from the center on completing his enrollment. I've left multiple messages, called the main number but they are all franchises so they couldn't help me, DM'd Kumon on Insta. I am at a loss! I really didn't want to leave a bad review, but I've never experienced anything like this and really just want to hear back from someone. I was impressed with the center but this makes me wonder what is going on over there. One star doesn't even feel accurate.

Cynthia has been teaching my son at Kumon and he loves her! He's always comes home talking how nice she is.
