The place it’s pretty small and super tight parking, plus you have to park from your blind side, one way in and one way out, the place opens at 8am but they start receiving trucks around 7:30am-7:45am, people are already waiting outside by 6am, you can park on the side of the street to wait for your turn, there’s plenty of room.
Blind side backing. Walk up the ramp and let someone know you're there. They'll tell you to back up to a dock and put the paperwork in the back. I sat in the dock for an hour before I had to call my company saying they hadn't started unloading yet. 10-15 minutes later they finally start.
got here around 1pm. no other trucks, just me. got unloaded right away. you need to back up blind side. friendly crew. no office, you have to leave the bills in the back of the trailer. friendly forklift guys will give you directions.
Small place. Nice enough. Docks are all blind side. Entrance is on S Vermont. Big hoods beware, this is tight quarters for maneuvering into dock blindside. Unloaded in a timely manner. Count your load bars though, sometimes they forget to put them back in the trailer.
Sent my broker release papers that my log loader was released on the 21st went down on the 29th to be told it was still at the port and would not be ready for pick up until Dec 3rd wasted a day of work and 175.00 in fuel .
