I truly cannot say enough about how incredibly professional, efficient, and caring this company was throughout our move from California to Connecticut. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free, especially thanks to Carlos. He was absolutely amazing!! He made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel easy and manageable. He took great care of us, kept everything organized, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. Everyone at CY Trans was fast, professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service really stood out. I highly recommend CY Trans to anyone who is planning a move, whether it’s a short distance or a long-distance relocation. You will be in great hands!

This is our 2nd time using CY Trans from California to Texas and now to Georgia. Mr Choi and team will continue to earn my business and all my referral business. Not only do they have the best price and service, but the biggest thing for my family was trustworthiness. No games, no lost items. The team that came ,Marcos and Lucas, did an amazing job. This company was outsourced by a NJ company we hired for a long distance move from NJ to Charlotte. They are TERRIBLE. First off, the movers complained they only make $50 tip as we negotiated a tip amount due to the moving company up charging us $1K more than the contracted amount, soliciting us to give them more cash day of. Additionally, they brought in a sopping wet mattress that costs us several thousands of dollars, a wet couch, and they tried to “salvage” our dresser drawers by drilling in holes on the outside further ruining the dresser. The kicker is, the movers did this all silently even though we were present in the house and even mounted the sopping bed onto our bed frame and left! When I called our original moving company, it was disclosed to us that this company was defending their actions saying our furniture was only “a little bit wet”. Photos do not depict how ruined our mattress was but we have a video of us wringing liquid out of the bed. You’ll see how dirty the mattress is and yellow as a result from the water damage. This company refused to originally open an insurance claim, supposedly they don’t have any which is ironic for a long distance moving company and then refused for any compensation. It wasn’t until we threatened to file a lawsuit there was any compensation provided. There are far better and more ethical companies to choose from, do not get screwed over like we did using this company!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE @ VERY REASONABLE PRICE I used them for the inter-state moving. The quote I got from them was only about 60% of other moving companies. The all-in cost with CY Trans was actually cheaper than renting a 26' U-Haul truck when taking into account gas, insurance, hiring helpers at the origin/destination and hotel nights you have to spend on. The team who came to pick up at the origin was amazing and they carefully packed to my satisfaction and listened to my needs to the fullest. Especially, Frederico was an incredible guy who had a very positive attitude and he did ABOVE AND BEYOND. It was an incredible team of three. At the drop-off location thousands of miles away, Carlos and Marcos brothers drove the semi, and also provided more than excellent services. They all had positive attitudes, worked really hard, yet praised the owner of the business for treating them well. There's a simple truth here - if you take care of your employees, they will take care of their customers. And no wonder these guys have been working for the same owner for over 20 years. Finally, I know they have a few different teams and they are all good, but for the pick-up at origin, I would ask for Frederico team, and for the drop-off, I would ask for Carlos and Marcos team. You will get the best service and care with these INCREDIBLE individuals, and I, of course, strongly endorse CY Trans for your move. Good luck.

I recently moved from San Francisco to New York. I got quotes from multiple companies, but this company had the most reasonable price for full packing service. The truck and movers arrived at scheduled time for both pickup and dropoff. The movers were well experienced and packed everything really well. All the glasswares arrived in the original condition and there were zero broken items. I also want to highlight Mr. Choi. He was super nice and accommodating in many aspects. Mr. Choi really understood our situation and kindly made things work for us. I don't want to mention specific details here in case people try to abuse Mr. Choi's kindness but we would have faced many external issues during and after the move if Mr. Choi did not help us. I highly recommend this company!
