Guys, there is no better place. All the staff are genuinely kind and always ready to help with any concern. Sacha is gazingly helpful and truly goes above and beyond. The facility is clean, safe, and very affordable. I've been renting here for 9 years, which says everything about how much I trust and appreciate this place. I’ve been using this storage facility for the past seven years, and I truly love it. What stands out most is how clean it always is—I’ve never had any issues. The only exception was a former employee who was rude, but thankfully he’s no longer working here 👏👏 I’m constantly recommending this place to friends. I love the hours, and I always feel safe here. The maintenance staff deserves a huge shout-out—he’s amazing, always willing to help, and has been at this location forever. I love this storage. I’ve been a tenant here since 2020 and I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone who’s looking for a friendly clean space. The units are very nice and self accessible. The workers are amazing and we’ve never had any issues with the facility nor the staff. They are very helpful with everything. I had gotten locked out of my storage one day and they were very quick to help resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who’s looking for a wholesome cleanly storage unit.
I've been using a small storage unit for a couple of months to test it out and it's perfect. It fits everything I have and even has additional space that can fit other things. The area is secure, clean and well protected. I had a wonderful experience with the staff who were patient and guided me throughout the whole process as it was first time using a storage. The staff showed me how to use the locks and even went out of there way to demonstrate how to use the keypad to enter the location and the exits/entrances. Would totally recommend this storage to anyone looking for an affordable place to keep there things. 🙂↕️
We've used a few different storage places and The Vault is, by far, the best! Always clean, and friendly people, with weather kept in mind while building. Good drainage! But for us, these people at The Vault are HONEST! We've had others take things with the key they kept and so finding a place that has wonderful staffing is worth a lot. Very Professional and friendly. We have been there for about ten years now and we've never been sorry. 5 Stars!!
