This store has always lacked customer service, but my experience yesterday made it so I will never go to this location again. I walked in yesterday morning to drop off an Amazon package. I was not greeted and when I asked for help, they pointed at their new self help kiosk. Ironically, at the end of using the self “help” kiosk, the automated messages says it makes drop offs quicker, but it’s much quicker to hand a person my package while they scan the code. I will be going to the Artesia location in the future…the customer service is much better there.
Tim, the manager at this UPS Store, went above and beyond to assist a local senior who does not have access to a computer. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making sure she got exactly what she needed. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and Tim truly exemplifies what it means to serve the community. Thank you for taking the time to help those in need — simply outstanding service!
Horrible UPS store. I came to drop off several boxes, worker was mostly on phone instead of working. He also knocked down one of my boxes off the cart that has glass while scanning and didn’t apologize. Does not pay attention to what he is doing. I recommend to go somewhere else unless you want your packages to be damaged or possibly lost. I came here because it was open early, but never again. This place is not professional when it comes to handling your packages with care.
Dropped off a package at this location and the recipient received it re-taped because it had been opened, with the contents missing. While it is possible this happened during transit, I have used UPS for eight years without issues and this was my first time using this drop off location. I am writing this review in case a pattern develops and to make others aware of my experience.
We've been coming here for a couple decades for shipping needs, and never have any issues. We also use their mailbox service. The staff might not be the friendliest but they provide professional service whenever we need help.
