EXCELLENT customer service! The associate who helped me out this morning was wonderful- her name is Sierra. She was so helpful, kind, and she worked really quickly and efficiently. I absolutely recommend this location- 5 stars!
*This review is solely based on my experience dropping off eBay shipments (already labeled and packed), picking up redirected packages, and dropping off Amazon returns.* I haven't had a bad experience doing any of the things mentioned above. I've actually been going here so often that the workers recognize me and picking up a package is a seamless process since they (now) know me by name. Customer service has been great, I haven't encountered anyone that wasn't friendly here. At times there could be a long line but it normally moves fast as the staff works quickly and efficiently. The store is fairly small so it does feel a little cramped sometimes. Parking close by can sometimes be a pain due to the neighboring businesses, but shouldn't be an issue if you're not carrying too much. This place has been perfect for my needs, and hopefully it is for you as well!
This UPS Store has a gem on an employee named Sierra! She's always cheerful, polite & helpful whenever I am assisted by her. Sierra's customer service skills are consistently top notch!
Beara (spelling) a young woman greeted me when I entered the store. She helped me right away and resolved my issue efficiently, berk knowledgeableemployee. The store is very clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend this business
Be aware when you send out mail using this UPS store. They buy cheaper postage from USPS to send out your mail and charge you extra. They charge you for services they do can’t guarantee. I paid for expedited 2day shipping and certified mail for a package. I clearly specified to the clerk if that is possible because I need it to get there as soon as possible. The package was not delivered on time. When I spoke to the manager, he said that it is not their problem and I need to contact USPS. I can’t believe I paid UPS, and UPS is asking me to go to USPS to get a refund. When I spoke to USPS, they would not refund me because I did not purchase it from them. (Which I told the UPS manager would happen). He still said he can’t help me with my issue. USPS told me this UPS store only paid for $9+ priority mail but I was charged by UPS for over $30. Crazy how you pay UPS, they accept your payment and then use a lower service from USPS. I also found out from UPS corporate that this is only an independent shop that can accept UPS mail and is not owned by the UPS company.
