All the horrible reviews about the owner is true. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He got extremely angry at us and started shouting and yelling for asking how to use the machine. He ruined our entire mood that we didn’t even want to sing anymore after. His attitude and his behavior is disgusting. Truly the most unwelcoming atmosphere. The place itself is good but won’t be returning due to the owner. Don’t recommend giving him any business
This place was great! I got introduced to it at a coworker gathering. It was such a great time I came back 2 days later with my whole family. Everyone loved it. The elderly man at the front desk was super friendly and chill. Sure there's a little bit of a language barrier but the guy was very helpful. He showed us how to use the machine and even gave us a lil extra time. It was nice. There's tons of songs to choose from and you can bring your own snacks. After our time was up we cleaned up after ourselves, thanked him and left. I can't wait to come back again.
I recently celebrated my birthday at this venue and had guests drive from Palmdale, West Covina, and Palm Springs, which was the main reason I stayed despite some issues. While I loved the place itself and ultimately had a great time, the owner’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly shooed us away, ignored us, and burst into the room multiple times while we were singing. He even told me to move . he was extremely irritated throughout the event. I had to ask my guests to remain calm and not respond because I didn’t want him to kick us out and ruin the celebration. Although the venue was wonderful and I was able to enjoy the company of my loved ones, the owner definitely shouldn’t be handling the front desk or anything involving customer service.
We got there right as it opened and the owner helped us figure out how to use the remote to pick out songs. We celebrated a birthday party here and it fit a lot of people, we reserved a room for 9. There was no problem with bringing in food and drinks. It was a great experience!! Many songs to choose from and cool disco lights. Loved it!!!
First time coming in and it was a boat load of fun. Good customer service, good deal for a small group, 30 which is pretty reasonable for an hour. They have a bunch of classic pop from the 2000s and before and they have some Asian languages too. They give you two mics so you do duets.I loved having a little room to ourselves, the music selection is good but it can be very loud but still very fun! Highly recommend! Clean place, fun lights and ambiance.
