First time at this Karaoke lounge with 4 coworkers & it was so much fun!!! We got the medium sized room which I would say was great for us 5, a smaller room wouldn’t have given us enough room to dance. We stayed for 4.5 hours (part happy hour & part regular price) which was about $400 - including fried dumplings & drinks.
A little hard to find. It's hidden in the very corner on the top floor. Workers are nice,friendly and helpful. It is a 15% gratuity so it can definitely raise the price up fast but still worth the fun nonetheless
I had one of the worst experiences at this karaoke bar recently. A server named Jacob was shockingly rude and dismissive throughout the night. From the moment we arrived, his attitude made it clear he didn’t want to be there—eye rolling, sarcasm, and unhelpful responses any time we asked for something. It took him half an hour to come and take our order even after we pressed the service button multiple times. When we tried to order drinks and snacks, he acted annoyed, spoke in a condescending tone, and made a few snide remarks that completely killed the fun atmosphere. Karaoke is supposed to be a relaxed, enjoyable experience, but his behavior made it stressful and uncomfortable. It’s rare for one staff member to ruin an entire night, but Jacob managed to do exactly that. Management should really pay attention to how their employees treat guests—especially in a service-based, entertainment setting like this. I will not be returning and definitely would not recommend this place until they address their customer service standards.
Amazing karaoke place! Tad bit expensive unless you go with a lot of people. Service is great and the employees are nice, but it might take a few pushes of the button for them to get there.
Make a reservation ahead!!! This place is a nice choice for hanging out with friends. The menu provides beer and soju. The kitchen serves fries, chicken wings and teriyaki.
