(SEAN WHO ANSWERS PHONE CALLS) I recently called this location for assistance with an outdoor condenser. The brand is one they sell, so I provided the model and serial number expecting basic support. Instead, I was met with extremely rude and dismissive service from an employee named Sean. I’ve been in the HVAC field for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced a branch nearly refusing to look up equipment information. Sean made no effort to help and ultimately hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable for a professional supply house. I hope management addresses this, as customers deserve respect and willingness to assist—not hostility.

It started out with a helpful rep over the phone who looked for this hard to find part and had it. My handyman went down there to purchase the part. The guys at the counter said it was not in stock but I had spent a bit of time emailing and communicating with Mark a picture of the part and he assured me he had it. So we had to ask for Mark and found out the part was indeed there. When my handyman received the part it was not in any sort of Packaging sealed plastic. Since we were desperate for the part we thought we would try it out. Got the part home got the heater working and within an hour and a half it stopped. I called this morning spoke to Mark again told him that the part is not working and he told me it's not returnable. I told him you sold me a part that does not work it should be returnable it was not sealed it was not in any packaging and it does not work. Then he insisted that I bring my handyman's license with me in order to return it since I didn't want to pay my handyman to return it. Super not happy! I don't have the time to go meet up with my handyman to get his license I don't want to pay my handyman to go down there and return it and they're making it impossible and sold me a part that does not work. Bad business and I thought I had found a helpful guy in Mark but he turned around with a sorry can't help you not returnable bad customer service ending.

Third time giving them a shot, can not find parts I’m looking for and always left on hold 20 mins this last time.

Love this place. To Respond to all the negative comments: 1) If you call just to ask a question you will wait or you might get lucky. Why? because their FOOT TRAFFIC is HEAVY, and they are attending all in person clientele (I've witnessed it). 2) please make sure you know what you need (IN DETAIL !!!!!!!!!), they will not sell to you if you don't know what you need, for your equipments safety and your safety. Their are many all over the So Cal area, they are life savers when you are out on the road.

Called to check stock on a simple humidifier filter. Was put on hold immediately when I called and left on hold for 14 minutes before calling back and getting the same clown. He answered the phone normally, and told me the part was out of stock. I thanked him for leaving me on hold for 15 minutes and he didn't apologize, nothing. wow.
