Our home is beautiful. There were some minor fixes that took a while to get completed but they just came after a couple of months to complete the project and the price is reasonable compared to other services we looked at. We drafted a contract to protect both parties. Can recommend to use. The workers are diligent and kind.
Never use this contractor. Same thing happened to me that he kept on asking for money without completing the work. If you don't he threatens to stop the construction. It was so stressful arguing about every little thing that should have been common sense. We pretty much had to buy all the materials on our own when it should had been included to get the work going since Paul Kim stalls on all purchases. They are in some sort of financial trouble so your money will not be used for your construction but to cover other's. After succeeding to collect almost all the balance, his team took off without completing the work. They left a mess and took expensive material that I bought with them. They are total fraud and crook.
This company is the worst. Not professional at all and not very skilled. If you are Korean, I would advise against working with this company. In particular, painting is a mess, and just thinking about it still builds up stress.
Thanks for the Solar system installation. I contracted with this company last year, the price was reliable & smooth.
I'm satisfied with his detail explanation before construction. It is a very kind and nice. I hope that his team is gonna have a good reputation.
