For almost $300, due to CAD fees and other fees, I was expecting better quality for Lazer cutting. Needed a custom drain cover, which was really just increasing the overall diameter of the original one. In return, horrible cutting, squares became off centered, even the edges weren't clean, for almost $300, horrible quality. For punching in numbers, would think the squares would be off?!? The Lazer guys also needs to work on his people skills

Came here because I was referred to them by a client of mine and bad customer experience. Got here yesterday and they gave me a quote for a job with material and labor. Told them I would be back the next day because I had to finalize the project with one of my customers and they said no problem. Went back today and was told I needed more information on the project. But they were literally ready to take on the project yesterday.

I required a piece of think diamond plate aluminum to cover a vault for my employer. They had what I needed, cut it to size and I picked it up all on the same day. It worked great and looks great. I will order from them again!

Been going here for over 8 years as a loyal customer and this place has lost that customer. Mix up today on my order and when brought to the staff....first response was not to assist but went on defensive quick.... What happened to customer is always right?? Was willing to pay for what I needed....then gentleman from behind the clerks stepped up and told me he would take back the 2 pieces I received and give me 1 piece of what I wanted. Told me to meet me where you pick up the materials and never showed up. The workers then told me with attitude they would fix nothing...even after the guy from the office offered assistance. Cash paying customer for years taking business elsewhere.

Great customer service. My first time here I expected them to be mean and grouchy, but they were super nice. They have a huge selection of good casters but you have to call for the price unfortunately. Good selection of welding supplies too. Weldable piano hinges. They also have a section with scrap or cutoffs where you pay by the pound
