This is my second review of this spot. Always find the staff especially in the return area to be very helpful. It's convenient to my location where I live and work. It's not as large as some of the other home depots with featuring extensive and all the products you might need. But what I recommend doing is searching online first before going there and if they don't have it have it shipped to that location for then you can pick it up the next day. My only issue with this location is the amount of day laborers that mob your car when you're trying to get in and out. Sometimes I don't feel safe doing that. So if you're not good with telling people, no, you don't need help that day. Or if you're nervous when someone approaches you when you're carrying your items to your car, then I might recommend a different location, but pretty much all home. Depots in Los Angeles area have this issue so this is no different than any other. There's also McDonald's right next to it and right above it. There's a Food 4 less so sometimes if you need to do multiple shopping and also maybe pick up some light bulbs or some screws you could stop at the Food. 4. Less get a little shopping in or grab a ice frappuccino and a sandwich at McDonald's on your way out
Stay far from this location. The workers and cleaning are rude. I went to do number 2 in the bathroom and the cleaning lady and SEVERAL workers came in to rush me off the John because she needed to clean. I thought that was very disrespectful. I left and went to a nearby Ace location to get what I needed.
Love this location! Garden section has an excellent selection. The employees are SO helpful and friendly. I was asking about a lightbulb and the employee in the aisle wasn’t sure, so he personally went and got someone who could advise me. I was running around aisle to aisle as I remembered things I needed for my project, and there was pretty much an employee everywhere I went so I didn’t have to backtrack or search if I needed to ask a question. Dear home depot management team. I'm taking my precious time, my valuable minutes to acknowledge of your employees by the name Teresa. Teresa, thank you, thank you for being fresh air and common sense to my purchase. You evaluated situation with having plants knowledge and was able to give me fair price to plants that have been in a poor condition. As a plant mom you understand that rehabilitating plants is not always successful journey. Your customer service skills is above your pay rate. To Home depo - your plants in such a horrible condition and overpriced, your competitor flower mart is less than 10 minute away from you, do better in maintaining living plants.
Walked in for some tools to change my engine. Got a great deal on a tool set. Best part was I bought something that, didn't end up needing and was able to return for a full refund! Yes!
