I have been buying laptops and software from Notebook Shop since 2000, for both myself and my business. I have purchased many over the years! Jim Koo and his staff have always taken care of us with the upmost care and professionalism. They only sell the very best brands and they know how to service and troubleshoot better than anyone else I've ever used. They know their stuff! I highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.
Updated 2023: My laptop screen cracked, along with other issues, and I took it in; they were as helpful as last time and didn't charge to do a quick evaluation and were transparent about the cost to fix. They also suggested some similar laptop models when I asked and didn't try to upsell/peer pressure me into buying/making a decision right away, which I greatly appreciate! Will return and recommend if I need to
The Notebook Shop is the place to go for honest, personal service. Helpful and informative, Jim and his staff are in all ways, 'at your service.' I recommend them to the first time buyer and the seasoned user alike. They never disappoint!
These guys are good. I bought my laptop here a few years ago and come here to get it serviced. You cannot beat service like theirs, period. I will be buying my next computer from them for sure. Thanks for the great service Mike!
Called to let me know laptop was fixed. Cool. They close at 6pm. I drove from Long Beach and rolled up at 5pm. They're closed. No note saying it was an emergency and no answer after calling them multiple times. I needed it for school after waiting a long time. Not cool. What's the point of having hours if you don't follow them?
