DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!! My laptop was having battery issues and had to be replaced. He was so confident he knew how to replace batteries for macbooks. After he told me that he replaced the batteries, I was still having issues. I went back multiple times, only to be told there was nothing wrong with the battery. I showed him how my battery dies very quickly (and shuts down unexpectedly) after a certain point but he didn't believe me. He told me that according to his battery test, it came back normal. Yet, he was not able to explain why it shuts down unexpectedly or why the battery decreases very quickly. Since he didn't believe me, I went to the apple store where they confirmed there was indeed a problem with the battery. When I came back to explain this (I showed him paperwork from apple + notification on my laptop telling me to change my battery), he STILL refused to admit there was anything wrong. He refused to change my battery to a new one nor to give me a refund. ZERO accountability. Don't get scammed like I did.
