Love the vibe here, they’ve really nailed the French bistro aesthetic. We sat at the outward-facing tables by the bar, which feel straight out of Paris. Easily my favorite kind of seating for people-watching as everyone comes and goes. Stopped in for a quick bite before a concert down the street and everything landed well. • French onion soup: rich, deeply flavored broth with wonderfully pungent cheese. • Beef tartare: clean, well-balanced, and fresh — I should’ve asked for a bit more punch in the seasoning, but that’s on me. • Steak frites: cooked perfectly medium-rare and exactly what I wanted. A real neighborhood gem. Would absolutely return.
Love the French/Italian-looking server lady so much. She is so sharp and capable. It’s a busy restaurant all day long, but she keeps everything under control while staying patient and kind. We were there for a rushed business lunch, and I really hope our colleague who signed the bill tipped her well — she 100% deserved it. (She really looks like a boss though.)
The bartender made a cocktail I’d never heard of?! Something about a train or a trip- whatever it was it was delicious and I was happy to try something I never tried before. Next time I’m definitely having the burger - Looked incredible. Pro tip: sit at the bar and grab the matches on the way out. They are 🔥 (hehe)
Popped in here over the holidays and loved it. Quick friendly service, not too crowded, adorable restaurant, and great food. The trout was fabulous.
This is probably my third time eating here when I want to eat beef tartare. Fresh and service is great. Staffs always checking on you. Monday night - still many people were having dinners here. Lovely place.
