It was my first time trying Mexican cuisine, 🇲🇽🌮and I feel lucky that I ended up here. The combination of flavors was truly extraordinary. 🤌🏼It was also amazing to watch the guacamole being made right in front of us — and it tasted absolutely delicious.🇲🇽 Everything I tried was very tasty, and the cocktails were fantastic as well. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is excellent.🥑 The place is also beautifully decorated — it feels almost like stepping into a fairy tale.✅ I highly recommend making a reservation before coming, because the restaurant gets busy every evening. If you want to experience real authentic Mexican flavors, this place is definitely worth visiting.❤️❤️❤️❤️
We had a great experience at Rose Mexican Restaurant. I ordered the chicken mullet and it was delicious. My daughter had the mignon — she enjoyed it, though the mashed potatoes were a little cold. That said, the way the staff handled it was outstanding; they more than made it up to us, which says everything about their commitment to great customer service. The calamari was excellent, the flan was absolutely amazing, and the margaritas were delicious. Overall, the service was beyond exceptional. Special shout-out to Danny, his customer service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Wonderful restaurant. The food is spectacular. The drinks are wonderful. It’s a very noisy place, but that lets us know that it’s a very popular place. I highly recommend getting the guacamole which is made fresh at your table. We didn’t have to wait for a table because we arrive quite early that evening.
Food was good, though nothing particularly memorable. I’m mainly commenting on the service: our waiter looked like he didn’t want to be there, which definitely affected the experience, nowhere to be found when we needed to get drinks, checking on the table was very poor. Given your prime location, improving service should be a priority. On the positive side, I recommend the cheeseburger — juicy and delicious, a great alternative when you’re not in the mood for Mexican food. The chicken chipotle empanadas, however, were bland and very small, so I’d skip those if you’re hungry. The tres leches was also enjoyable.
Came here for dinner and drinks before seeing the nutcracker at the lincoln center which is literally across the street. Very charming inside with large bar seating area, great ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. Sat at the bar and mario our server was fantastic. I had the spicy cucumber margarita which was so good and well balanced. Order some apps..honestly best chicken quesadillas i can remember having. The oaxacan eggs roll were also delicious. Will for sure be back very soon. The bottomless brunch im looking forward to trying.
