The kind of greeting that immediately lowers your shoulders and raises your expectations. My server, Marlenny, was outstanding. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, she mastered the art of attentive lunch service without ever making the meal feel rushed. Everything flowed smoothly, calmly, and with care. Now, the food—because this lunch came to perform. The Field Greens Salad was crisp, fresh, and restrained in the best way. A light, elegant opener that refreshes rather than fills, setting the table for what’s coming next. The Butternut Squash Bisque with Curried Apples, Mint Gremolata, and Honey was silky and layered, balancing sweetness and spice beautifully. Comforting without being heavy—exactly the kind of soup you want at lunch when you still plan to function afterward. The Maine Lobster Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, ordered as a main, was a standout. Generous chunks of lobster, bright citrus notes, and a refreshing lightness that somehow manages to feel both indulgent and appropriate for midday. Luxurious without being overwhelming—this dish understands lunch etiquette. We made reservations for Valentine’s Day and were deeply disappointed and underwhelmed by the food. Specially for the expensive prices, we expected more. We had the lobster cake, which was the only good thing that we liked. It was a little on the fishy side, but nothing that the sauce and the lemon couldn’t fix. We also had the fried calamari honestly wouldn’t recommend. We thought that it was gonna be paired with the sauce and it didn’t come with anything. They also weren’t super fried, which would have maybe made it a little bit better but definitely needed a sauce paired with it. For entrées, we ordered the steak. My steak was a little overcooked. I asked for medium well and basically got it cooked well. My partner had a medium in his was okay but more to the medium well cooking. They were a little on the burnt flavoring. For the sides, we had the asparagus, which was pretty good. We also had the mac & cheese. Honestly, you can skip the mac & cheese. We didn’t like the flavoring. It lacked flavor and it just tasted like it had American cheese on it. We also had the black tie margarita. It was okay. As well as a Moscato probably wouldn’t order that one again because it wasn’t sweet. It was very bitter.

I am a very big fan of Capital Grille locations. Anytime I have a chance. I always go and visit one no matter where I'm at if it's available I'll go. Decided to go on a Friday night with some friends. We ordered the porterhouse, au gratin potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and some drinks. The reason for the 4 on the food, was the steak just wasn't done correctly. The first time and then went sent back unfortunately wasn't still done correctly, but it was perfect to taste everything else was wonderful. Our server was absolutely amazing. She was so great, and the dessert was great and the drinks were great.

I had an amazing dining experience at the capital grille . The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, perfect for both a special occasion and a relaxed dinner. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, flavorful, and tender. Side dishes like the mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus complemented the main dish beautifully. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and their wine recommendations paired wonderfully with the meal. Prices are on the higher end, but the quality of food and service makes it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for steak lovers!
