The Seven Seas experience was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything felt immersive, magical, and so well put together. One of the highlights for me was the Mermaid Brew cocktail — not only beautiful but also delicious and perfectly balanced. A special shoutout to our waiter Gabi, who was so kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And of course, Chef Milton was amazing — his performance and presentation were outstanding and he truly delivered on every level. You can really see the passion and talent behind what he does. Overall such a fun and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!
Had such a great experience at Benihana. The food was so good, and I especially loved the soup, it was the perfect start to the meal. Kathryn at the host stand was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Mark, the manager, was very accommodating, and Jalen, the general manager, was so kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of. Overall, the hospitality was amazing and I left feeling genuinely welcomed. I’ll definitely be back.
Next-Level Hibachi! We tried the Benihana’s Wagyu World which was a six-course meal that’s just as much a show as it was dinner. From the fire-filled hibachi performance to every sizzling bite, this is a full-on upgrade. For the main, you have the options to choose: - A5 Japanese Tokyo Broil - Australian NY Strip - American Masami Ribeye Comes with: Hibachi Shrimp Appetizer • Onion Soup & Salad Hibachi Vegetables • Steamed Rice + Sauces Japanese Hot Green Tea • Ice Cream or Sherbet From the sizzling fire show to melt-in-your-mouth wagyu, every bite is pure spectacle. Came to this location for the first time for a friend birthday dinner . This Benihana is so crowded it was a lot of birthdays going on . Even with a Reservation you had to wait to be seated . This location is on the smaller side it’s very tight in there . The waitress we had last night had two tables to serve . She was not too attentive to us . Even with getting refills I had to ask another waitress . Even with getting the Birthday cake we took there . We had to remind her to get the cake . I order chicken breast which was dry and I had lo mein also the vegetables . Plus the yum yum sauce I liked it . The salad I did not like it and the soup I like it cause the flavor was good . Also their steak and chicken fried rice was really good it’s $9 each though .
Benihana is always are go-to for birthdays. We had a fantastic time visiting the location on 56th St. in Manhattan. Everyone was so nice and the service was great. Thank you Benihana NY West for a wonderful birthday dinner celebration.
