They’re rude. I paid $40 for my meal, They tried to make me pay for two sauce cups that were automatically supposed to come with the cinnamon breadsticks and the parmesan bread bites. Mind you me and my friend looked it up, and the sauces were AUTOMATICALLY supposed to come with the bread.
The last time ordered from This Dominoes location on Stanton Street my pizza along with desert and appetizer comes smashed. The delivery guy the last time literally smashed my delivery in my face being that he felt my 20% tip on a card was not enough for him. I always tipped cash and on the card. I did not make it a big deal, but after three times it’s unacceptable. I called the location to speak to the manager and he did not want to rectify the situation properly and sent the delivery guy entered to my building illegally without my authorization and harassing us on my ring Doorbell camera. Which I have recorded.
I was offered a free pizza given they messed up my order the first time. I was told I could call any time over the course of a couple days. And then I was told nope, I cannot get the pizza. I have to wait for a manager, who comes in during a very specific set of hours. The employee was also generally just rude despite giving me inconsistent information. I don’t think I’m getting my free pizza, but it is what it is, I guess.
Not sure why people have negative reviews here but they people work hard and make amazing pizza ; they for sure follow the recipe 😅
Horrible experience I placed an order an hour and a half ago and I wound up having to go pick it up myself and of course the pizza was cold
