I had a great experience at Domino’s Pizza - 149th St & Broadway! The staff was friendly, professional, and had my order ready right on time. The pizza was hot, fresh, and perfectly made with just the right amount of toppings and flavor. The store itself was clean and well organized, which made the pickup quick and smooth. You can tell the team there really cares about customer service and quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
I went to this Domino’s on Saturday around 10 PM and had a terrible experience. The guy in front who took my order (the bearded guy) was extremely unprofessional. When I walked in, he was in the back using his phone and didn’t care that customers were waiting inside. When he finally came to the counter, he was very rude — the way he talked and the way he looked at me was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about customers at all. This guy clearly needs proper customer service training. I honestly don’t know how Domino’s hires people like this to deal with customers. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this was completely unacceptable. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back to this location.
I ordered on the app and got to the store when it said it was ready. I told them my order number and they said it wasn't release when I got the update. I waited 10 more minutes just for my food to be on the shelf already getting cold. When I got home I realized they didn't provide the dipping sauce that came with my meal . I returned to the store in the cold and the cashier was adamant that for my 32 cinnamon bites It doesn't come with dipping sauce I had to buy it. Worse experience ever
They are supposed to open at 10:30 a.m. in the morning. It is 11:12 a.m. and the doors are still locked. Although there are three workers inside working. Place, an order online came to pick it up and the doors were still locked when they eventually let me in. The order was still not fulfilled. Quite frankly, the worst Domino's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. With the number of one star and bad reviews. I'm beginning to think that the owners really don't care.
Pineapple, sausage spinach. Light garlic oil on the bread i request for less salt. It's one of my fav to order for the 3 topping $8 special.pizza. its for 4 people or 3 if u eat extra. I make pizza sandwiches out of the slices to take home for next day and following day meal with extra veggies on the side to complete my meal. Its clean, warm and affordable.
