I have eaten dozens of pizzas from this location over the last ten years. In the last year we've notice a huge increase in the quality of the pizza coming out of this location on East 116h between Lafayette and 3rd. I've had great experiences with the folks putting things together. They are definitely always working in fast motion when I am picking up my order. But recently its Domino's quality that has become impressive. Some of our favorite pizzas have come from them and they are consistent now. The crusts have life now. The sauces feel more sparkly than ever and the toppings are delivering flavor complexity in very easy to love new ways. In my home we can take down three large pizzas between two people in two days. The toppings add up and the pizzas now feeling way more substantial and fresh. Always order extra. It's some of the best leftover pizza I can remember having. Warm it on a cast iron griddle, zap it quick, take it room temperature, or out of the fridge, we devour leftover Dominos pizza now. If you haven't tried Dominos in a while, I certify that this location is currently making some very high-quality food. You may be surprised at how tasty and filling it is. Great value and takes a few minutes to order online and ten-fifteen later ready to go. Something has gotten significantly better.
Our order never arrived, called several times for an update and employees kept assuring us that it was on the way. In total we waited an hour and a half to finally accept our order was never coming. We called to get a refund. The employee said the driver claimed he delivered the order and proceeded to hang up on us without processing a refund. We called again to then be told our order was canceled and we were getting refunded but we haven’t received an email confirmation on this yet… Poor customer service and competency, will not be ordering from this location again.
I enjoy ordering from them great Food and great customer service when I order on carry service. I ordered last the Hawaiian pizza, Parmesan cheese bites, chicken tomato bites, and other time I ordered pasta Italian bread bowl and garlic bread twists. Food is Really and well . Look out for next reviews.
Bread bowl without any pasta sauce. Completely unsatisfied. Then on the phone they had the audacity to tell me that they did but just put a little bit since it’s a bread bowl. No trace of Alfredo Sauce at all, pasta dried and spinach looks bad.
This domino's has good pizza. However the staff is rude. THEY never ever pick up the phone so you can order delivery or for pick up. I end up ordering from other places due to this because i get so frustrated. CA
