It’s always busy and it’s very popular with the police as a spot to warm up and re energize. They could use a few more chairs. The staff is always busy but they are pleasant and service oriented. I feel sad for the delivery guys in weather like this TIP WELL.
I have no problem with the food here. My problem is that the delivery driver never delivered the food to me as specified on the delivery instructions; they left the food in the lobby of an adjacent building. The next day, they added their own tip to the order, which I didn't want to call and dispute the $2. At least make sure you did well on the delivery before requesting a tip. If you can't survive without tips. That's not the person who ordered the problem. I will no longer support dominos.
I asked who owned the store and the clerk responded he did not know. I handed him a $20 bill and he dropped the change in my hand. Not sure if this act was standard procedure but it’s the first and last time I order here. He didn’t apologize, he denied dropping the change in my hand even though coins hit the counter. Also, no business information posted except sanitary inspection grade. Clerk picked up coins I dropped while demonstrating how he gave me the money. He put the coins back in the drawer.
Food is alright, although often you pay for thing such as pan pizza (3$+vs regular) and they make you a regular one, or don’t put a topping that you paid extra for. You should always double check. Service really bad, they’re always shooting in foreign and ignoring the costumers, they place is always messy and dirty, to be a store in such a central location in New York it’s frankly disgusting
The best Domino's wings I've had! Passing by to take 2 train to Bronx, decided to get wings. 8 pieces $10, one hour later, they were surprisingly juicy!
